About Me

We have had a lot of problems with contagious viruses passing around our workforce and putting our call centre in a tricky place. We need to have enough people to man the phone but they also need to be healthy enough to speak clearly and sound good on the phone. We have realised that we might be spreading some of these nasty bugs between our team. This year we have increased the frequency of our cleaning service and tracking our reduction in sick leave to show how useful it has been for us.
